LR Research Laboratories has become a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of Nagarjuna Agrichem during the quarter ended December 31, 2011. The board at its meeting held on January 27, 2012 has approved for the same. LR Research Laboratories incorporated on August 17, 2011, is yet to commence its operations.
