DHFL reports 15% rise in Q3 net profit

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation (DHFL) has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2014.

The company has registered a rise of 15.36% in its net profit after tax at Rs 159.65 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 138.39 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased 17.30% at Rs 1526.53 crore for Q3FY15 as compared Rs 1301.36 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation is among the oldest private sector Housing Finance Companies (HFC) in India.
