Ashirwad Steels & Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 16, 2015 has nominated and appointed Manisha Chopra, the Company Secretary of the Company, to act as the Compliance Officer in place of Subhash Chandra Rana, General Manager of the Company. Henceforth, the Company Secretary of the Company Manisha Chopra will act as the Compliance Officer to comply with the SEBIs aforesaid directions and advise.
