Divis Laboratories has reported results for its third quarter ended December 31, 2011.

The company has posted a rise of 20.66% in its net profit of Rs 122.55 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 as compared to Rs 101.57 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income has increased by 37.59% from Rs 322.06 crore for Q3FY11 to Rs 443.12 crore in the quarter under review.

Divis Laboratories, together with its subsidiaries, engaged in the manufacture and sale of active pharma ingredients (APIs) and intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry in India and worldwide.
