Link Pharma Chem is planning to dispose off the immovable property being Plot no. 163 and 164 situated at GIDC estate, Nandesari-391 340, Dist- Vadodara subject to compliance of provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Moreover, the said plots were unutilized for quite some time and the Board of Directors decided to sell the same in the interest of the company.

The company manufactures thionyl chloride and other inorganic chemical intermediates at its plants located in the Baroda and Ankleshwar districts of Gujarat with an installed capacity of 2,100 TPA.
