Alstom T&D India has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2014.
The company has registered a fall of 86.37% in its net profit at Rs 2.58 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 18.93 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has decreased 9.86% at Rs 766.47 crore for Q3FY15 as compared Rs 850.33 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
Alstom T&D India is part of Alstom Grid, a global player in electrical grids. The company’s India operations account for over 13% of overall revenues garnered by Alstom Grid’s global operations. Apart from India business, other major contributors are the operations in France, the US, Germany and China.
