Bayer CropScience reports 41% jump in Q3 net profit

Bayer CropScience has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2014.

The company has registered a rise of 41.03% in its net profit after tax at Rs 55 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 39 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased 7.60% at Rs 729.3 crore for Q3FY15 as compared Rs 677.8 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Bayer CropScience is engaged in manufacturing and marketing of crop-protection solutions, and trades in seeds on behalf of group company Bayer Bioscience.
