ACC has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 03, 2015, has recommended payment of a final dividend at the rate of Rs 19 per Equity share of Rs 10 each. The total dividend for the year 2014 (including interim dividend of Rs 15 per share paid in July 2014) stands at Rs 34 per share as compared to total dividend of Rs 30 per share paid in 2013.
