Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organisation, has re-launched its TCS Graduate Program in Australia. This graduate recruitment initiative will creates new tech sector job opportunities for Australian graduates, who have been selected from a number of leading universities.
Over 300 IT graduates applied to the TCS Graduate Program 2015, and 10 participants were selected for the January induction. The selection process included a formal application as well as detailed interviews with TCS. The graduates will participate in TCS’ renowned Initial Learning Program (ILP), with an extended session in TCS’ Trivandrum facility, where the trainees will learn software engineering, business intelligence, mobility, Java programming and general business skills. On completion of the training program, the graduates will assume full-time employment at TCS Australia.
TCS selected graduates from its University partners at University of Technology, Sydney, University of New South Wales, University of Sydney, University of Wollongong, Charles Sturt University, Queensland University, Monash University and Australian National University. The next intake of the TCS Graduate Program will take place in January 2016.
