Sarda Papers has received its board’s approval to sell, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of the whole or part of the Factory / undertaking situated at A/70 MIDC, Sinnar, Dist in Nasik, to Nobel Hygiene Private, subject to approval of Members. The company’s board has gave approval for the same at its meeting held on February 09, 2015.
Sarda Papers manufactures art paper, art card, chromo paper, black centered art card, matt paper and flourescent paper under the brand name of Britecote. It specializes in coated paper and board segment.
