Globus Spirits has formed a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in the name of ‘Globus Trade Bay’ in the offshore zone of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
The company has invested 10,000 AED in ‘Globus Trade Bay’ towards initial subscription money required in forming of the said WOS.
Globus Spirits is engaged in the business of manufacturing, marketing and sale of branded IMFL, IMIL and Bulk Alcohol comprising of Rectified Spirit and ENA and also involved in franchisee bottling to cater to renowned brand owners.
