Raja. Swamy revealed names of few officers and advisors who dilly-dallied in advising Dr. Singh.

Janata Party president and petitioner -- Swamy exposed names of these officials, which were not disclosed by the court. 'It was TKA Nair (currently adviser to the PM) and Pulok Chatterjee (currently principal secretary to the PM) who are directly responsible for not properly discharging their duties. This is malfeasance with possible mala fide intentions,' said Swamy.

As per Supreme Court’s verdict, sanction for prosecuting against public servant should be granted in three-months and may be extended to additional one-month if it consults Attorney General.
