Hind Rectifiers has decided to purchase 50% stake in Gauranga Soft-tech, a company with skill sets in embedded systems development, software development & latest mobile based developments. The company has also decided to buy 50% stake in Gauranga Systems, a company specialized in Manufacturing & related coordination, OEM support, Held implementation, etc.

Hind Rectifiers has a long standing tradition and experience in developing, designing, manufacturing and marketing Power Semiconductors, Power Electronic Equipments and Railway Transportation Equipments.
