MindTree has completed the closing conditions and obtained necessary regulatory approvals with respect to the acquisition of entire ownership interest in Discoverture Solutions LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Arizona, United States & purchase of specified assets of Discoverture Solutions India, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at Bhubaneshwar, Odisha.
The company had last month inked definite pact to acquire US-based Discoverture Solutions LLC, a provider of insurance solutions for a consideration of around $15 million.
