Titagarh Wagons gains on divesting entire stake in Greysham and Company

Titagarh Wagons is currently trading at Rs. 592.50, up by 10.40 points or 1.79% from its previous closing of Rs. 582.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 583.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 608.00 and Rs. 577.90 respectively. So far 3,03,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 724.00 on 23-Feb-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 93.05 on 26-Feb-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 724.00 and Rs. 536.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1,188.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 53.13% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.07% and 35.81% respectively.

Titagarh Wagons has sold its entire holding in its wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) Greysham and Company. Pursuant to this, Greysham and Company has ceased to be subsidiary/in-direct subsidiary of the company with effect from February 20, 2015.

Titagarh Wagons is engaged in the business of manufacturing Railway Wagons, EMU (Rail Coaches), Bailey Bridges, Heavy Earth, Moving and Mining Equipment, Steel and SG iron castings of moderate to complex configuration etc.
