Edelweiss Financial spurts on being assigned rating for bank facilities by CRISIL

Edelweiss Financial Services is currently trading at Rs. 71.95, up by 3.70 points or 5.42 % from its previous closing of Rs. 68.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 69.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 72.35 and Rs. 69.10 respectively. So far 253579 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 82.25 on 27-Jan-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 27.05 on 24-Mar-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 70.90 and Rs. 65.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5703.89 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 36.28 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 24.10 % and 39.62 % respectively.

Credit rating agency, CRISIL has assigned rating of ‘A1+’ to the short term debt programme of Rs 73.50 billion enhanced from Rs 63.50 billion of Edelweiss Financial Services.
