Strides Arcolab has informed that the company has allotted 18,750 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10 each on conversion of employee stock options under Strides Arcolab ESOP 2008 Scheme. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased from Rs. 583,801,710 consisting of 58,380,171 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Rs. 583,989,210 consisting of 58,398,921 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
