Jauhari, joint secretary (shipping), ministry of shipping, has been appointed as a part-time official director on the board of the company vice Rakesh Srivastava with effect from February 02, 2012. Rakesh Srivastava, [who has relinquished the additional charge of joint secretary (shipping) in the ministry of shipping] has thus ceased to be part-time official director on the board of the company with effect from February 02, 2012.
