Just In: February WPI inflation ebbs to -2.06% versus -0.39% in January

In an extremely encouraging development, the annual rate of inflation, based on monthly wholesale price index (WPI) came at -2.06% in February as compared to -0.39% in January, way lower than street expectation of figure around -0.80%. Meanwhile, December WPI too was revised downwards to -0.51% from 0.11% earlier.
