Capital First has informed that the Capital Raising Committee (the 'Committee') of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 19, 2015 has decided to open the Issue to be undertaken in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VIII of the ICDR Regulations. Further the Company has informed that, the floor price in respect of the Issue, based on the pricing formula as prescribed under Regulation 85 of the ICDR Regulations is Rs 409.90 per equity share of the Company, and the relevant date for this purpose, in terms of Regulation 81(c) (i) of the ICDR Regulations, is March 19, 2015.
