Housing Development Finance Corporation has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 19, 2015, inter alia, has appointed Ajay Agarwal as the Company Secretary of the Corporation with effect from March 20, 2015 in place of Girish V. Koliyote who has resigned as the Company Secretary of the Corporation, with effect from the close of business hours on March 19, 2015. Accordingly, Ajay Agarwal has also been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Corporation with effect from March 19, 2015.
