V-Mart Retail has opened a new store located at Polytechnic Chowk, Near Four Star Cinema Hall in Purnia, Bihar. The store is spread in an area of 9944 square feet. This is the 21st store in the state of Bihar across 18 cities. With this store, the Company has increased the tally of the state to 5 Composite & 16 Fashion Stores. Besides, this takes the total number of stores to 108 in 91 cities across 12 states with a total area of 8.83 lakhs square feet.
V-Mart Retail is one of the pioneers in setting up stores across various small Indian towns and cities including Sultanpur, Ujjain, Motihari. The company primarily operates in Tier-II and Tier-III cities, with a chain of ‘value retail’ departmental stores offering apparels, general merchandise and kirana, catering to the entire family. Based in New Delhi, the company operations are spread across northern, western and eastern parts of India.
