Transcorp International touches the roof on receiving Authorized Dealer Category II License

Transcorp International is currently trading at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 58.70, up by 9.75 points or 19.92% from its previous closing of Rs. 48.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 56.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 58.70 and Rs. 54.10 respectively. So far 4280 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 56.85 on 01-Jan-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 21.72 on 05-Jun-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 48.95 and Rs. 34.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 29.85 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.22% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.02% and 26.77% respectively.

Transcorp International, one of the leading money changer and principal agent of Western Union for inward remittance business has received Authorized Dealer Category II license from Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

With this, the company will be able to undertake various permissible outward remittance activities such as remittance for overseas education, medical treatment abroad, Emigration and Emigration consultancy fees and for other permissible purposes.
