Zodiac Ventures has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 26, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the draft scheme of amalgamation of Zodiac Ventures Limited with its subsidiary Zodiac Developers Private Limited. Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company will be closed for all the Directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from March 25, 2015 to March 27, 2015. The above said information has already been informed to all the Directors, officers and designated employees of the Company.
