Dalmia Bharat’s subsidiary company - Dalmia Cement (Bharat) (DCBL), has commenced its new cement plant of 2.5 million tonnes (MnT) at Belgaum in state of Karnataka on March 23, 2015 and has now started trial production.

With this commissioning of the 2.5 MnT Belgaum plant, the total installed cement capacity of Dalmia Bharat Group would be 24 MnT.

Dalmia Bharat is a cement manufacturer with plants in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh with a capacity of nine million tonnes per annum. The company is engaged in the business of cement, thermal power & other businesses.
