Sequent Scientific has acquired 7,400,000 equity shares of Alivira Animal Health (Alivira) representing 24.78% of paid up equity capital from Shasun Pharmaceuticals. Post this acquisition, the company now holds 91.92% of paid up equity capital of Alivira.
