With reference to the Increase in Price, Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems has clarified that they wish to state here that there is no development which is of price sensitive nature at our end.and have no information which they need to share as per clause 36 of the listing agreement at this juncture. At this point of time the organization is only carrying on normal operations and also as on date they have no major developments planned for near future which would require intimation as per provisions of the listing agreement.
