The Exchange had sought clarification from Shree Cement with respect to news article appearing on ET now on April 17, 2015 titled ‘Shree cement, Heidelberg cement, JSW group, ambuja cement, CRH in race to acquire Lafarge assets’.Shree Cement replied stating that the news item is speculative in nature and we would not like to comment on the same. They are committed to compliance with clause 36 of the listing agreement and shall promptly intimate the exchange of any event or information that may have a bearing on the performance / operations of the Company.
