Brand Realty Services has sold all the shares amounting 484,500 shares of Ecopulse Infra at a price of Rs 15 each to BSBK Engineers on April 22, 2015. By the sale of the above said shares, Ecopulse Infra is no longer a subsidiary of the company with effect from April 22, 2015.
Brand Realty Services is basically a Real Estate Advisor providing a complete gamut of Real Estate services which includes Buying and Selling of Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Institutional properties, Commercial and Retail leasing, Consultation and Advisory services and assistance in Home loans etc.
