SKS Microfinance has issued Commercial Papers of an aggregate amount of Rs 75 crore on April 27, 2015, which has been rated ‘A1 +’ by a leading rating agency. The aggregate Commercial Paper outstanding as on date is Rs 220 crore.
Instruments with the aforesaid rating are considered to have a very strong degree of safety regarding timely payment of financial obligations. Such instruments carry lowest credit risk.
SKS Microfinance is a non-banking finance company (NBFC), registered and regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, whose mission is to provide financial services to low-income households. SKS operates across 16 states of India.
