Godrej Consumer Products reports 12% rise in Q4 consolidated net profit

Godrej Consumer Products has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.

The company has reported a rise of 12.59% in its net profit at Rs 188.06 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 as compared to Rs 167.03 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 9.28% at Rs 1157.95 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1059.57 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2014.

On consolidated basis, the company has posted a rise of 12.40% in its net profit at Rs 265.57 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 as compared to Rs 236.28 crore for the corresponding quarter in the FY14. Total income of the company has rose 8.13% at Rs 2109.48 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1950.91 crore for the same quarter ended previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2015, the company has posted a rise of 15.86% in its net profit at Rs 654.45 crore as compared to Rs 564.84 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income of company increased 8.86% at Rs 4485.04 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 4119.84 crore for the period ended March 31, 2014.

For the year ended March 31, 2015, on the consolidated basis, the company has posted a rise of 19.40% in its net profit at Rs 907.12 crore as compared to Rs 759.73 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income of company has increased by 9.17% at Rs 8367.87 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 7665.12 crore for the period ended March 31, 2014.
