Physical Rubber Prices ruled firm on Tuesday on account of Sustained gains in the global trendsetters and the absence of quantity sellers that kept the sentiments bullish.

Spot prices for RSS-4 variety improved to Rs 123/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 122/ kg, while RSS-5 variety closed at Rs 118/ kg compared to its previous close of Rs 116/ kg.

In the futures market, contract of May delivery declined to Rs 121.65 compared to its previous closing of Rs 122.97, while June delivery closed at Rs 125.15 compared to its previous close of Rs 126.31on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
