D&H Welding Electrodes India has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on February 11, 2012, has transacted the subject to the approval of the company in the general meeting and of the central government in terms of section 21 of the companies act, 1956, the board of directors of the company approved the name of the company be changed from 'D & H Welding Electrodes (India) ' to 'D & H India ' and other items as per the agenda of the meeting.
