Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company (SPARC) has received an approval for further issuance of equity shares of Re 1 each of the company, on rights basis to the shareholders of the company on such ratio and at such price and premium as may be decided in consultation with the Lead Managers to the proposed rights issue, so that the funds raised by way of right issue of shares is not more than Rs 250 crore. The board of directors at their meeting held on May 12, 2015 has approved for the same.
