ICICI Bank (Investment) has sold 90.89 lakh shares of 3i Infotech through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 3.95 valuing the transaction to Rs 3.59 crore.
Meanwhile, in another transaction, JMP Securities has sold 33.67 lakh shares in 3i Infotech for Rs 3.83 apiece, valuing the transaction at Rs 1.28 crore.
