MT Educare has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2015, has recommended a final dividend of 20.5% (i.e. Rs 2.05 per equity share of Rs 10 each), resulting in a total payout of Rs 9.80 crore (including dividend distribution tax). This along with the interim dividend paid in December 2014 takes the total dividend payout to Rs 2.65 per equity share.
