Physical Rubber Prices shows weakness on Thursday

Physical Rubber Prices displayed some weakness on Thursday on buyer resistance in the market following scattered transactions.

Spot prices for RSS-4 variety weakened to Rs 124/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 125/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety remained unchanged at its previous closing of Rs 120 /kg.

In the futures market, contract of May delivery improved to Rs 123.75 compared to its previous closing of Rs 123.51, while June delivery closed at Rs 127.25 compared to its previous close of Rs 127.62 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
