Intellect Design Arena has received an approval for merging the company’s Wholly Owned Subsidiaries (WOS) ’Indigo Tx Software’ and ‘Laser Soft Infosystems’ with the company through a scheme of arrangement/merger. The board of directors at their meeting held on May 21, 2015 has approved for the same.
The scheme is subject to the approval by the various regulatory authorities like Stock Exchanges, SEBI, Madras High Court or National Company Law Tribunal, Registrar of Companies, Shareholders and Creditors as applicable.
