According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 679.08 crore in futures and options segments on Thursday, February 16, 2012.
FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 329.57 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 1989.59 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 946.17 crore and they also sold stock options worth Rs 34.77 crore.
