Bhushan Steel declines on reporting net loss of Rs 360.77 crore in Q4

Bhushan Steel is currently trading at Rs. 55.85, down by 2.10 points or 3.62% from its previous closing of Rs. 57.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 57.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 57.00 and Rs. 53.50 respectively. So far 165189 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 462.80 on 09-Jun-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 53.50 on 27-May-2015.

Total income of company has decreased by 3.83% at Rs 2427.01 crore for quarter under review as compared Rs 2523.61 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2014.

For the full year ended March 31, 2015, the company has posted net loss of Rs 1253.83 crore as compared to a net profit of Rs 61.96 crore for the same period in the previous year. However, total income has increased by 9.83% at Rs 10659.28 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 9704.94 crore for the period ended March 31, 2014.

For the year ended March 31, 2015, on the consolidated basis, the company has posted net loss of Rs 1256.77 crore as compared to a net profit of Rs 59.14 crore for the same period in the previous year. However, total income of company has increased by 9.82% at Rs 10657.61 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 9704.95 crore for the period ended March 31, 2014.
