Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC), India's biggest mortgage company is likely to organize three-day ‘Bengaluru Homes Fair' from February 17 at Sree Kanteerava Indoor Stadium. The fair will be open for visitors between 6 pm to 9 pm on February 17 (Friday), between 10 am and 8 pm on February 18 and February 19 respectively.
The fair will display more than 30,000 residential units spread over 300 projects from 50 developers. The residential units in the fair will comprise flats, row houses and villas in the range of 800 sq. ft to 6,000 sq. ft costing Rs 20 lakh to Rs 10 crore.
The company’s net profit for the quarter under review rose by 10.1% at Rs 981.25 crore as compared to Rs 890.88 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2010. Its total income has increased by 34.67% to Rs 4,472.51 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 3,321.04 crore for the similar quarter of the previous year.
