National Aluminium Company (NALCO) has reported result for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.
The company has posted over two fold jump in its net profit at Rs 354.87 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 as compared to Rs 172.45 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company has decreased by 0.52% at Rs 1963.31 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1973.59 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2014.
For the year ended March 31, 2015, the company has posted a rise of 105.78% in its net profit at Rs 1321.85 crore as compared to Rs 642.35 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 9.77% at Rs 8055.45 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 7338.56 crore for the period ended March 31, 2014.
