The Exchange had sought clarification from Reliance Capital with respect to news appearing in The Economic Times on June 2, 2015 titled ‘Reliance Capital May Spin Off Health Insurance Biz.’ Reliance Capital replied stating that they wish to inform you that the Company is continuously engaged in evaluating opportunities and as and when any transaction is finalised resulting in a disclosable event, the Stock Exchanges will be promptly informed as required under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement.
