Quadrant Televentures has received an approval for disinvestment of 100% stake i.e. 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, at par, in its wholly owned subsidiary company - Infotel Tower Infrastructure. The board of directors at their meeting held on May 30, 2015 has approved for the same.
Pursuant to this disinvestment, Infotel Tower Infrastructure has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the company with effect from May 30, 2015.
Infotel Tower Infrastructure is not a material subsidiary of the company on the basis of criteria of consolidated income and net worth of the company.
