Sarda Papers has entered into an agreement with Nobel Hygiene for the assignment of lease for the Leasehold Land & Factory Building thereon situated at A/70, MIDC, Sinnar, Nashik. The sale was approved by the board of directors on February 09, 2015 and by the shareholders through special resolution through postal ballot on March 28, 2015. It has also received the agreed consideration for the same.
Sarda Papers manufactures art paper, art card, chromo paper, black centered art card, matt paper and flourescent paper under the brand name of Britecote. It specializes in coated paper and board segment.
