Sarda Papers has informed that the Company has entered into an agreement with Nobel Hygiene for the assignment of lease for the Leasehold Land & Factory Building thereon situated at A/70, MIDC, Sinnar, Nashik. The sale was approved by the Board of Directors on February 09, 2015 and by the shareholders through special resolution through postal ballot on March 28, 2015 and has also received the agreed consideration for the same.
