India’s soyabean meal exports rise by 70.85% to 14,045 tonns in May

India’s soyabean meal exports rose 70.85% to 14,045 tonns in May as against 8,221 tons in May last year, according to Soybean Processors Association (SOPA). On a financial year basis, the exports during April 2015 to May 2015 declined by 61.88% is 32,062 tonns as compared to 84,104 tonns in the same period of previous year.

During current Oil year, (October - September), total exports during October 2014 to May, 2015 is 581,689 tonns as against 2,048,685 tonns last year, down 71.6% year-on-year.
