Valiant Communications (UK), a wholly owned subsidiary of Valiant Communications, has reportedly signed pact with Herbing Communicatii SRL (Herbing) of Romania. As per the agreement, Herbing will offer communication equipment of the company to different utility sectors, including power, in Romania. Consequently, the initial commercial deployment has commenced for Transelectrica SA and Electrica Transilvania SA - major power utilities of Romania.
Valiant Communications has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Webfil, a subsidiary of Andrew Yule & Co and an undertaking of the Government of West Bengal, wherein Webfil will offer and market the communication equipment of the company to different Indian utility sectors on non-exclusive basis.
