Strides Arcolab has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2015, has allotted 10,000 fully paid equity shares of Rs.10 each under the Strides Arcolab ESOP 2011 Scheme of the Company. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 596,156,210 consisting of 59,615,621 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Rs. 596,256,210 consisting of 59,625,621 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
