Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has informed that Chintan Trivedi has resigned as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from June 10, 2015 close of business hours. Consequently he has ceased to be the designated Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from June 10, 2015. Due to the resignation, Rahul Shah, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company pursuant to Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement till the new Company Secretary takes charge.
